REFUND POLICY

Heaven garden mannuthy does not accept returns on plants as the poor plants will perish due to both way transit stress. But we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your hand in great condition.

Note : Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state In transport due to lack of sunlight and water the plant get dull or leaf drop may happen. it regains its strength and gets back to healthy condition with your care

If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images and opening video within 24 hours after delivery.

We will initiate to send the replacement product accordingly.
